FTTH Drop Cable

DYS FTTH drop cables connect the distribution network to the subscriber — flat, round and self-supporting designs with G657A bend-insensitive fiber for tight in-home routing. GJXFH flat drop, GJYXFCH self-support and GYTC8H round constructions handle aerial and indoor/outdoor runs. LSZH jackets, 1–12 cores, with OEM/ODM logo, length and connector options.

  • 100% Pre-Shipment Tested

Insertion & return loss (IL/RL) verified on every assembly

  • 17-Year Manufacturer

Three in-house factories with 100+ production lines

  • Vertically Integrated

Cable extrusion, molds and assembly under one roof

Applications

  • Residential FTTH last-mile drops
  • MDU (multi-dwelling unit) vertical risers
  • Aerial drops via messenger wire on poles
  • Indoor SMB and SOHO fiber distribution

Choosing the right product

Pick by how the drop is supported and how far it has to span:

  • Indoor or short duct dropGJXFH flat drop — lightest (7.5 kg/km), thinnest (2.0 × 3.0 mm) and cheapest per metre. Ideal inside buildings, risers or a short duct.
  • Aerial drop near power linesGJYXFCH self-support flat drop — all-dielectric messenger, no grounding, 600 N tension. The safe choice around live power.
  • Longer aerial spans or higher tensionGYTC8H round self-support — steel-reinforced Kevlar messenger takes 1200 N, LSZH jacket for building entry.

How to choose

All three drop types use G.657A bend-insensitive fiber, come in 1–4 cores, and run −20 to +60 °C; bend radius is 20× OD dynamic, 15× OD static. They differ in how they are supported and how much tension they take:
