On August 6, 2025, Dongyongsheng Optical Communication and the YonSuite team of Xinsi Nan Technology held an ERP project kickoff meeting. The core team of the YonSuite project from Xinsi Nan Technology and the core team of the Dongyongsheng Optical Communication project jointly attended this meeting, marking the official launch of the third strategic upgrade cooperation between the two parties in the ERP system.
Looking back, the ERP system has accompanied the company through a critical stage of rapid development, playing a key role in resource integration, process optimization, and data asset accumulation. But with the rapid changes in the market environment and the continuous expansion of business scale, in order to accelerate the enterprise's more intelligent and modern management, we have officially launched the third strategic upgrade of the ERP system.
This iteration is not only a technological upgrade, but also a new foundation for building digitalization for the company's next stage of development.
At the meeting, the YonSuite implementation team of New Sinan Technology provided a detailed introduction to the project implementation and delivery plan, clarified the planning and implementation scope, defined the division of responsibilities of the project team, specific implementation strategies, and other related matters.
Mr. Huang stated at the meeting that this ERP upgrade focuses on three major goals. 1) Break down data barriers and achieve real-time sharing of information across the entire chain; 2) Optimize process automation and improve operational efficiency; 3) Strengthen data analysis, empower business innovation and reduce costs and increase efficiency.
