Preamble: On 11st Oct. 2025, DYS organized a company-wide fire emergency drill. The aim was to strengthen employees' fire safety awareness, equip them with firefighting and emergency evacuation skills, enhance their ability to respond to fire situations, and effectively ensure employees' life safety.
01. Orderly Evacuation & Safe Assembly
Under the on-site guidance of the Head of HR & Administration and company safety officers, employees quickly and orderly evacuated the building along the designated routes. After all personnel arrived at the assembly point, each department immediately conducted a headcount, and the confirmation of "all safe" was reported level by level.
The entire drill unfolded in a tense atmosphere that highly simulated a real emergency. From the alarm activation to the full evacuation, all steps connected seamlessly, and personnel actions were orderly. This comprehensively verified the scientific nature and practicality of the emergency plan, marking a successful practice of the company's safety management standards.
02. Fire Extinguisher Explanation & Usage
Adhering to the principle of "Practical Experience Yields True Knowledge," this drill emphasized a hands-on fire extinguisher training session.
Company safety officers explained the usage methods and precautions on-site and guided employees one by one in conducting simulated fire-extinguishing operations. This accumulated valuable practical experience for dealing with actual fire situations.
