1.1. Continuous Improvement: A Silent Revolution That Writes "Customer First, Good Deeds and Altruism" into Everyday Practice
We call it "continuous improvement" rather than "disruptive change" because we understand deeply: what truly transforms an enterprise is never earth-shattering slogans but the "millimeter-level progress" of translating written principles into frontline actions each time. As "involution" and "lying flat" become heated topics, we firmly believe: real competitiveness lies not in monumental transformations but in daily refinement.
This quarter, we officially launched the "Continuous Improvement" initiative. This is not merely a management upgrade but a practice of returning to our original aspiration—never stopping on the path of creating value for customers and renewing ourselves daily in the practice of good deeds and altruism.
1.2. Recognition of the First Phase of Improvement Results
Since the launch of DYS "Golden Idea" employee improvement proposal campaign, the internal innovation atmosphere has been vibrant, giving rise to a batch of practical and valuable proposals. To recognize excellence and set a benchmark, DYS recently held the first recognition meeting for improvement achievements.
2. DYS · Recognition on the Production Frontline
This aims to motivate all employees to think proactively and participate actively, gathering incremental improvements into a solid force that drives workshop excellence and enhances the company's core competitiveness.

3. DYS · Recognition for Office Staff
Simultaneously, a concise yet enthusiastic recognition session was held in the office. Company leaders awarded cash red envelopes to five employees who proposed high-quality suggestions and improvements from November to December, aiming to set an example and encourage everyone to contribute ideas based on their actual work, fostering personal and team growth through innovation.
From today onward, we will use measurable, reviewable, and iterative small closed loops to transform "Customer First" from a slogan into muscle memory ingrained in processes and break down "Good Deeds and Altruism" from a vision into countless perceptible details.
4. "As Long as there is Improvement, there will be Rewards"
The "Golden Idea" initiative is an important cultural activity the company promotes in the long term, open continuously to all employees. DYS is committed to fostering an organizational environment that encourages suggestions, sharing, and innovation, gathering the incremental wisdom of every employee into a collective force that drives the company's development.
