Description
HM Hardened Multicore Waterproof Connector Assembly adopts field‑proven MTP® multi‑fiber connector technology with hardened sealed outdoor housing, HM connector is compatible with OptiTap connector. supporting up to 24 fibers for one‑time mating. It consists of male (pinned) and female (non‑pinned) connectors with one‑step quick connection by push‑pull insertion plus nut‑style mechanical latch. Factory‑terminated and fully optically‑tested, available in armored or non‑armored cable versions with IP68 high‑grade waterproof performance. It delivers cost‑effective & high‑efficiency fiber‑optic deployment for outside‑plant distribution networks.

Multi-core quick mating: A single connector supports up to 24 fibers for simultaneous mating, greatly cutting field construction time and delivering higher efficiency than traditional on-site fusion splicing.
IP68 waterproof protection: Rated IP68, suitable for harsh outdoor conditions including rain, standing water and humid environments.
Flexible compatibility: HM connector is compatible with OptiTap connector.
Reliable optical performance: Factory pre-terminated and tested before delivery to ensure stable optical performance.
Easy operation, reliable installation and cost-effective: Push-pull insertion plus nut mechanical locking design. The male and female ends can be rapidly locked to realize waterproof through or terminal connection.
Robust housing material: Housing made of PPS and strain relief boot of TPV, featuring anti-aging and weather resistance. Compatible with various cable specifications, supporting armored and non-armored optical cables.
Standards compliance: Complies with industry standards including GR‑3120, GR‑3152, IEC61753‑1 and IEC61754‑4. Passed full environmental tests such as vibration, shock, temperature cycling and damp heat.
