Fiber Shuffle
Fiber Shuffle Optical Flex Board is a high-density optical interconnection component. Adopting high-temperature resistant PI flexible substrate and integrated embedded fiber technology, it eliminates the messy wiring of discrete fibers. The product enables shuffle-style cross routing and equal-length fiber layout according to customized optical topologies.
Pre-terminated with high-density connectors including MPO/MTP/MT, it integrates multi-channel optical paths in one assembly. Supported by over 100 proprietary patents, it supports hybrid layout of single-mode, multimode and polarization-maintaining PANDA fiber, efficiently solving high-density wiring issues inside AI switches and CPO devices for lightweight and modular equipment assembly.
